How to Properly Fit A Lacrosse Glove?
hey guys Mike Sullivan I’m going to talk
to you about the proper fit of a
lacrosse club so really the first thing
you do when you come up to the lacrosse
Gove put it on when you put it on the
first thing I always look for or where
my fingers end and where my palm ends
you want your fingertips to be at the
end touching not pushing over the
padding so your fingers hang out and you
want the palm the line to line up right
with the pretty much like the first
right into your wrist you know if you’re
if your palm hangs over like this your
gloves too small if your fingers hang
over the end real far it’s gonna leave
them open to get hit your gloves are
probably too small on the other side if
you put your glove on you crank it up
and you have a lot of folding and loose
fabric in the palm that’s going to lead
to you know a like a decreased feel when
you stick handle stuff like that your
gloves right too big another thing that
a lot of players complain about is when
you try a glove on in the store no one’s
ever worn that glove before it’s it’s
not broken in it’s not gonna be as
flexible as it really is so a couple
things I do to look at a glove don’t
even worry about the fingers worry about
the hand and the wrist roll it a few
times fold it a couple times it’s gonna
soften up your padding give you a little
bit more mobility in there

Your lacrosse gloves are the last piece of gear that you consider before heading out to play lacrosse. Yet, it’s very important that you choose the right lacrosse glove for you, so that you can perform as well as possible. Lacrosse gloves must protect your fingers well enough to keep them from injury, but they also have to offer you the maximum stick control available.
A good pair of lacrosse gloves will usually provide ample protection for your wrists and forearms. They should also be durable enough to withstand the rigorous contact sport that lacrosse players get. You’ll want a pair of gloves that fits properly, because this will be one of the first things that you’ll notice after wearing them for awhile. Wearing gloves that aren’t the proper size may result in sore fingers or even sore wrists and elbows. Make sure that your gloves are a perfect fit, and that they aren’t too tight or too loose.
Another consideration is the fit of the lacrosse glove. Some gloves come with a built-in fit system. This means that the glove will fit around your hand snugly, which will make it more comfortable to wear. Some of these fit systems also come with additional padding that will allow for added stability. However, you may prefer a more snug fit when playing.
The second thing to consider is the size of the lacrosse glove. Choose gloves that are the right size, not too big, and not too small. The average person should get away with a size seven lacrosse glove. But if you’ve got big hands, you may want to go with a size nine. Also, be sure that the gloves fit snugly and securely around your wrists and hands. Most people don’t like the uncomfortable feeling that some gloves have, so you want to avoid them. Instead, try a pair that’s easy on and off.
Finally, choose gloves that fit your hands and fingers snugly. You don’t want your fingers or wrists to get trapped inside the glove. So, make sure that your gloves feel comfortable. If they feel too tight, go with another brand or style. If they feel too loose, get another pair.
With these things in mind, you should be able to find the right pair of gloves for you. Once you find the ones that are right for you, they should last you a long time. And, they should be comfortable enough to give you the maximum stick control that you need for your favorite sport. When you’re wearing your best lacrosse glove, there’s no reason not to have a blast!
