Rehband Elbow Sleeve Review

what’s up YouTube
Gokul flex check it in with a review on
the ray-ban elbow-sleeve am the reason
I’m doing this review is because for me
personally when I buy something online
whether it’s a something electronic or
something to help me for fitness fitness
related I always like to look up reviews
on YouTube and find out what other
people have to say about that product
you know I read the Amazon ratings what
they say and I like to do my research
before I to make an educated decision
before I buy things and when it came
down to this elbow sleeve it was really
hard for me to find anything any reviews
on it or whatnot there because they’re
not quite as popular as the ray-ban knee
sleeves so I want to make this review to
help you guys along the way and those of
you who are looking to pick up this item
so the reason I bought it is because I
have tricep tendonitis you chop my
tricep ten dice has been coming off and
on for about the past maybe four or five
years so it’s been for me personally
it’s been gone for about the past two
years and it just recently came back so
I’m definitely feeling it as of late
which is why I had to pick up an elbow
sleeve just to help it out really is a
elbow sleeve 100% necessary for my
situation no but it does help out a lot
and I would definitely recommend it to
anyone
with elbow pain okay so this was I will
sleep I picked up earlier this was
picked up when I first got my tendinitis
and you’re like four years ago it’s a
little cheap elbow sleeve as you can
tell it’s really thin I mean it slides
on down all the time sorry dusty I
haven’t used it in a long time but yeah
it slides on your arm when you’re
lifting a lot
and I mean it’s all red this was like
$10 okay so what I did so let me show
you guys the ray-ban so I have just so
you guys know I have seventeen and a
half inch arms at seventeen and a half
eighteens coming soon but yeah seventeen
and a half inch arms and I got a size
large so here you can see the rate back
the elbow sleeve is nice it’s contoured
to your elbow see how there’s a little
joint there and it’s nice you know it’s
really nicely made fashionable I guess
and it’s cold out colors will match
anything and they decide to go with this
polka dot thing on the inside I don’t
know why I have nobody’s ever going to
look at that except for you but it’s
cool so immediately Ghraib and what
they’re known for is their quality their
knee sleeves you know everyone loves
indc’s because it really high quality
and they work really well same thing
with this this was well worth the I
believe on Amazon’s $38 this was well
worth the thirty eight forty dollars
versus that $10 obviously just because
this quality is a lot better when I put
this I will sleep on I do not have to
fuss with it I just throw it on and
maybe like once or twice when I left
I’ll pull it up a little bit higher but
it pretty much doesn’t move just because
contour to your elbow and I got a good
fit okay
there’s other elbow sleeves out there
the enolate SBD makes elbow sleeves but
the reason I didn’t want to get SVD out
double sleeves is because I have their
new sleeves and I know that their elbow
sleeves is probably going to be like
your knee sleeves which is super thick
and tight as and I didn’t want to
have to throw on something on my elbows
that have a hassle to throw on this I
can just slide on and also when
something is tight like that it’s going
to help you on your bench and I did
I don’t want to wait – elbow sleeves I
just wanted one so if I went the SPD
route I would have to buy two and I’m at
that hardcore just straight up so would
I recommend this ray-ban I will sleep
definitely it’s definitely worth the
money it’ll probably last me forever and
yeah that’s pretty much it now I just
wanted to talk a little bit about my
tricep tendonitis and how I got it and
how you can avoid getting tendonitis in
your elbow so back when I first started
lifting this was before YouTube before
everything there was Muslim Fitness
Magazine and the Arnold Bible and we
read in our Muslim Fitness Magazine that
trecek skull Crusher’s or the number one
way to build your triceps and if you
want big ash triceps cuz triceps make up
about 75% of your arm or majority of
your arm then you need a big a big-ass
triceps so we use the load the weight
for tricep skull Crusher’s and my elbows
would get really tight after if any of
you guys I have experienced that feeling
I would stay the away from that
exercise but yeah my elbows would just
get really tight after and it wasn’t
really a like hardcore pain maybe I’m
like a scale of 1 0 to 10 it was like a
– but it’s just really tight and I would
just be like it you know I want
them bigger good so I just keep doing
some heavy-ass go crushers and sooner or
later it caught up to me and now I have
tendinitis that comes and goes like I
said I’ve been dealing it with it for
the past five years so keep in mind guys
anything that puts tension not many
people can do skull Crusher’s from my
experience and watching lots of lifters
on youtube
knowing lots of people in real life not
a lot of people can just go crushes and
if you’re one of them stay the away
from them yeah I’m not gonna lie I meet
lots of kings doing them but was it
worth it no because there’s lots of
other things that work to build those
triceps but that’s a whole nother topic
anyways this is getting kind of long so
hope you guys enjoyed the video also if
your elbows are getting tight get to the
street 10 and ice where this while you
lift warm up that elbow really well and
I sit after you’re done immediately for
20 minutes after you’re done with that
workout okay what happens in the 10 is
going to get inflamed and you want to
ice it down to decrease that swelling or
else it’ll be sore the next day okay so
that’s my three tips for that anyways
make sure to LIKE comment and subscribe
hope you guys hope you guys enjoyed the
video and learned something I’ll get you
guys in the next video
much love Allah Vegeta what does the
scouter say about his power level its
over 9000

Finding the best tennis elbow brace for weightlifting can be a bit of a challenge. With so many different types, styles and brands, it can seem like you are doing the wrong thing for your specific situation. There is no right or wrong answer to the question “What is the best tennis elbow brace for weightlifting?” The answer is: It depends.

For example, if you are currently working with a wrist guard that does not have a proper fit, you may have to adjust some things. However, if you are simply wearing a wrist guard that does not have adequate wrist support, your wrist may become stiff and painful. If you are overweight, you may have too much strain on your wrist and need a tennis elbow brace that has a larger amount of strength in the wrist area. If you have arthritis in your wrist, then a wrist brace may work better than the regular tennis elbow brace. In the end, it really depends on what you want and need.

Another thing you may have to consider is whether or not you are currently wearing an anti-wrinkle wrist guard. Many people who work out daily need anti-wrinkle protection because these protectors wear down over time and will not provide the support and flexibility they need.

If you are overweight, you will want to make sure that you are wearing the best tennis elbow brace for weightlifting for your overall health. You may need a brace that is lighter if you are only doing small amounts of exercise, but you want to make sure that you are wearing something that is more or less right for your body type. As you lose weight and change your style of exercise, you may find that you no longer want to wear the same weight brace as you did when you were doing less strenuous workouts.

Also consider that you may need a brace for rehabilitation purposes as well. If you had surgery and your doctor recommended that you wear a brace for rehabilitation, this could be helpful. Many people get tennis elbow again after having surgery. If you wear the brace, you can prevent re-injuring the elbow while you are recuperating.

Also, make sure that you are buying the brace that fits properly. You may have to spend some time shopping around and trying on different brands and styles of braces to get the perfect fit. If you are using a wrist protector, then try to get one that fits securely without any gaps or cracks.
