SUPERFEET INSOLES EXPLAINED

hi guys so today I’m gonna talk about
the super feet insoles because I’ve been
recommending them a lot to you for you
know certain kind of injuries like
posterior tibial tinnitus or any kind of
plantar fasciitis problems and you may
be wondering what kind of insult do I
get which one’s the right one for my
foot so today I have answers hi and I’m
gonna go through each one of these and
hopefully we can find the one that’s
perfect for your foot okay so today
we’re gonna start off with the green and
the orange these are both high profile
and high volume which means they take up
a lot of space in a shoe so if you have
a high arch arch it’s kind of like this
super super high not like this but
definitely like this this would work
great for you so the difference between
the two is the green has a nice deep
heel cup and it’s one of the most one of
the original super feet it has a lot of
arch support so this would be the most
accommodating for somebody with a high
arch just with the heel pain or arch
pain or any kind of ankle pain this
would be great the next one is just like
the green except for it has a little bit
of cushion in the metatarsal region so
if you have Morton’s neuroma or fallen
metatarsals this would be the ideal one
to go for just because of that extra
cushion and the forefoot and this also
has the same kind of deep heel cup very
similar to the grain just a little bit
more cushion okay the next insoles are
for my flat-footed people you’re amongst
friends so this is the blue one so this
one is medium profile and also medium
volume all that means is it’s gonna take
up a less space in the shoe so if you
have like some flats you and where you
want to put into these or maybe football
cleats or something like that that would
work really really well it still has a
nice deep heel cup and it has the same
amount of support as the green and the
orange it’s just more accommodating and
if your foots really really tender and
it’s hard for you to get used to
something almost anyone can wear the
blue
so the next one to talk about is the
berry so this one’s made for a woman’s
foot but we can wear any of these
insoles it has the same metatarsal
cushioning as the orange but this one if
you like a little bit less of feeling of
support you’ll like this one this one is
more like the blue so if you have a
medium or – lower arch and you’re a
woman you’d probably really really like
this one
this one also has a nice heel cup same
arch support as the other ones but that
little bit of metatarsal cushioning in
the forefoot okay so now that we know
about the insoles the next part is
pretty important it’s how do I fit the
insole and how do I fit it to my foot it
comes in sizes B all the way through G
or probably even higher but that’s the
ones I’m just more familiar with and you
can’t really go off of your shoe size
you got to fit your foot inside of the
insel you want your heel to be sitting
inside of the heel cup and not outside
or not to N okay okay so as you saw in
that demonstration my heel was fitting
nicely in the heel cup and you can feel
it with this super feat you want to feel
it cupping your heel like it’s literally
that sensation and that means it’s
working so the sizing with these insoles
is different it’s an alphabetical order
so if you’re a woman and you wear a size
like six there were a super feet size B
if you wear it to a size 8 or seven and
a half you know where C you wear a size
D that’s about a size 9 perfectly for
women’s and after that is e which is
about a size 10 honest I could pop in 8
10 10 half 11 you could probably make
that work now for men’s size D will fit
a size 9 perfectly sized e I could fit
that perfectly into a size 10 or 10 1/2
and F that’s a size 12 that’ll fit
perfectly into 12 and a-b-c-d-e-f-g
that’ll set fit up to a size 15 but I’ve
also made it work and a size 13 what’s
great is you can trim these so you’re
gonna get your original insole I’ll show
you how to do that so get the insole and
then
lining up and this is an 8 and I’m
Brooks and I know this is gonna fit in
here perfectly but say if it was like
this all you would do is you would get a
pen you would trace it and then you
would cut it never cut on the line
because once you cut it you obviously
can’t put it back on there so I just do
a little sliver by sliver until it fits
in there perfectly and then the next
thing all you do take it take out the
other end so don’t put it back in there
because it will make this she weighed
you ties
you won’t be able to wear it so just put
it in the shoe that’s it okay so I know
all this seems great
this insults amazing and so let’s do
wonderful things but they do have a
break-in time so if you’ve never worn it
and so before or it’s been a while since
you’ve worn one wear it for only about
three hours the first day just three
hours and it’s uncomfortable at any time
take them out take them out the next day
double your time so go for six hours and
it’s uncomfortable take a break now on
the third day we should be pretty we
should be getting adjusted to the insel
really well some people that have really
bad plantar fasciitis this may take up
to a week but it’s okay your foots
injured we’re trying to give it support
and when it’s injured it hurts
regardless so if you give it a week
you’ll notice the difference all right
guys I hope this was helpful I hope you
guys enjoyed it like I said I recommend
it super feet a lot for a lot of
injuries because it does wonderful
things all right if you guys want me to
review anything else or have any
questions please comment down below
don’t forget to subscribe and share this
video that was helpful or if you just
want to give me a little love I
appreciate that
all right you guys we’ll see you in the
next one

Finding the best insoles for camping hiking shoes can give the support and comfort you need for any hiking trip. You will want to hike insoles which give your feet maximum support and distribute your weight more evenly. This will ensure that you are as strong as a horse while out on the toughest trails, with a heavy pack on your shoulder. There are many different types of insoles available and many brands but there are some basic tips to choosing the right ones for hiking.

First, find out if you will be doing a lot of hiking in your trip. If you plan on doing long and challenging treks and climbs, you will likely want an all-around boot with some sort of shock absorption. However, if you are going on a light-hiking trip such as a week-long adventure around your city or town, then you may want to consider a more lightweight boot with only a little extra support, like a boot with a medial sole.

It is also a good idea to get in a few runs to see what type of cushioning and support you get with each type of boot. Some people can get the same comfort from one type of boot as they can from another. Some of the best insoles and hiking boots will give you the best balance and cushion from the start.

Make sure that you choose insoles and hiking boots with the right fit. Insoles and hiking boots should sit comfortably in the boots, allowing your foot to flex without being forced. The best insoles and hiking boots should be designed in such a way that they keep the pressure off of your foot, while also keeping your toes protected and comfortable.

Look at the features and functions of the hiking boot and compare it to the other shoes you already have. This may seem trivial but if you’re looking to save money, it can make a big difference. It is often not possible to get a pair of hiking boots with all of the features and functions you want unless you spend a lot of money.

Insoles and hiking boots are not that expensive after all, especially if you shop around. There are many different brands and models out there and some of them will give you more features than others. Once you have narrowed down your choices and gotten a better price, you should find just the right pair for you will be on your way to enjoying the great outdoors for much longer.
